If I had to rebuild I would use a straight 36mm with no offset. To tighten the fan clutch nuts, a hard-to-tighten is a somewhat light burden. The rubber seems to be good, but it's difficult to loosen with a hammer. Good quality as long as the fan is not too tight. The ends are offset, making it more difficult to use compared to a straight wrench.
