Tried French Press for the first time. I found this convenient, and the resulting coffee and tea flavors were at least as good, if not better than when brewed using traditional methods. Since I only drink one cup of coffee or tea a day, I bought this one cup French Press. I bought this product based on the price and to a lesser extent on the "reviews" of other buyers. Many reviews end with customers claiming a disclaimer for purchasing a SALE item in exchange for their "fair" or "honest" or "unbiased" review of the product! I've seen a lot of these "discount" and "unbiased" "reviews" on customer reviews lately, and honestly I don't think Revain should allow that kind of "review"; Common sense tells you that an unbiased and honest review of a product that has not actually been paid for cannot be given. I did NOT receive this item at a discount, I paid the price indicated on the Revain website. And that's my unbiased review. The two downsides are that although it is described as a one cup French Press, I believe that is not the case. Sometimes I have to repeat another 1/4 or 1/3 cup. And because the cylinder is so narrow, it's quite difficult to clean. However, the convenience and the resulting taste (both coffee and tea) are positives. Maybe I'll buy a little more.
