Update: A few days after my review, the seller contacted me and took a look at my situation. I believe that this problem will be solved and that's why I increased my rating. Original: I complained because my shelves vibrated while playing music and generally sagged a bit. They are not as strong of plastic as the description and some reviews say. They asked me to send them a video of the complaint so I took some photos and sent them the video and they were followed twice and they were silent on the radio. No Answer. Don't trust their replacement policy and don't trust them to help you if you run into problems.
