Improperly machined locks and crooked bolts
The cam lock threads are not straight and are difficult to screw into the head. Obviously bent. The part of the exhaust camshaft that engages the sprocket doesn't fill out the sprocket properly, making it difficult/impossible to get to spec with your measurements. He also barely touches the camera.
