I Hosted Thanksgiving in 2014 and Didn't Have a Good Wood Carving Set. The person who helped me butcher the turkey said I "must" get it before next Thanksgiving. This is the set I ordered for Thanksgiving 2015 and I have to say the "turkey carver" was very impressed. The knife cuts wafer-thin slices and goes through the meat like clockwork. It was more expensive than many other kits I looked at, but I decided to take a risk and go for quality. I can't imagine regretting this and now I'm ready for the next holiday dinners!
