There are no problems with the installation, I imagine less so.
Installed easily, installed it yourself in less than 30 minutes. There is an installation video to watch and then paper instructions during installation. I was exhaling at the same time so I can't be sure there will be an increase from just taking it. At the same time, Lil 3.6 went into beast mode.
