Out of the box I loved this! I was looking for a fit for my Katadyn filter.I have used a Solomon vest bottle, which was also a perfect fit, but that filed over time (those bottles are known for that), and I wanted to add more durability but not much more weight. Took it on a 10 mile hike over the weekend and noticed only some taste problems - BUT I hadn’t even rinsed it. Whoops. Overall, really like this and intend to take it every hike!I Also love the size: had enough water towards the end of the hike to help top off a hiker coming up who hadn’t brought enough water for his dog. Water your pups :)
