Stops working after one successful application.
Received as a gift. I used it once and it wrecked the kcup and got grinds all over it. Now even though it pierces the cup properly, no water enters the cup and I have sweetened water with cream and no coffee. Really rough. So it's pretty much useless. Get another brand.
