Easy installation. Robust construction.
When it arrived it was very heavy for a 4U wall shelf. I was impressed with the construction and the solid construction. The extension option was an important decision for me as I want to mount deeper items when needed without having to swap out the rack. The rackmount hardware was relatively pointless, as the image above shows. To be honest, this device does not perform any useful function on the wall mounted on 2x4 inch studs. I ended up having to find some heavy duty wood screws and a few washers to install effectively in my situation, but it wasn't too painful. The stand's build quality and adjustability make up for the lack of proper wood fixings.
