Very user friendly and efficient medical transcription service provider

The ease of use makes it easy for new users as well advanced ones! I like that they have so many different features available in their software which allows me flexibility when needed or desired by my patients/clients (and myself!). It's not perfect but we are working together collaboratively with them constantly improving this product over time!! We've been able solve almost every problem our clients come across while using TDT services - from scheduling issues through billing questions & insurance authorization requests up until now where most problems can be resolved remotely via email if necessary / required.

Pros

Very user friendly
Easy to train staff members.
Allows clientele access 24 hours per day, 7 days week end without limitations; no wait times at all during scheduled appointments regardless how long your appointment takes!!! :)
Great customer service support team who works very hard behind scenes always going above expectations
