Great ERP Software, Very User Friendl and great Customer Service

The platform allows for easy access of information with multiple options available in every module including viewing xrays/radiology images which are stored locally or remotely through our software system (we use it as part of practice management). It also has excellent reporting tools that can be utilized by both administrators & providers alike! I wish there were less user friendly features but this may just come down to my lack of experience using them rather than anything else about their…

Easy way manage healthcare: Teledentix

The ability to store patient information in one system makes it easier for the office staff to keep track of patients. It is very easy to navigate, which makes it better than other programs I have used in the past. The website can be difficult to read at times. There are many options to choose from when setting up your patient portal. I use this program with my patients to make their dental visits more comfortable. The ease of use makes it easy for new users as well advanced ones! I like that they have so many different features available in their software which allows me flexibility when needed or desired by my patients/clients (and myself!). It's not perfect but we are working together collaboratively with them constantly improving this product over time!!
