I bought this machine in March and it has worked very well! I was happy with that. I use it to staple main fabric and paper for cards and magazines. very simple, but after only three months the lower thread is knotted and at some point the machine stops working. I tried to get it out and refill the car but it just gets stuck and goes off again! Pooh! so frustrating! and I can't find a customer service number to get help. If anyone has any suggestions or ideas on how to sew the machine again I would be very grateful. (Note to self: always buy products that have an available customer service number!)
