I purchased this item in July 2017. It is now March 2018 and it does not charge anymore. I really liked using this power pack to power my radio. While it worked it was great. Once it failed I thought this product is terrible. I contacted TalentCell Technology with my problem and they helped me troubleshoot it. Found out I had a bad power pack. They offered to replace it for me. Great news. I like the product but I like the customer service even better. THANK YOU TALENTCELL TECHNOLOGY. I will always buy from you in the future knowing that you stand behind your product. Forgot to mention that I use this to power my Bose Acoustic wave music system II and it rocks full blast for many hours. The most I played it was 8 hrs.
