The product has finally arrived.

I did not receive these resistors as Revain tracking said the package was sent direct to me (but it wasn't) I still have 2 other packs of Revain on my porch when the doorbell rang.When I came downstairs to open the door saw revane's van pull away coming back from dinner there was another package on the porch good quality resistors can't confirm the value with enough accuracy to say they did are within the 5% specification, but I assume they are.
