Does not meet the Gates standard.
I use Gates products for industrial, commercial and automotive applications. The belt and idler pulley met the highest quality standards as expected. However, the tensioner was definitely a lower quality product. The new bearing in the tensioner had more radial/axial play than the 10 year old Dayco product I removed from the Toyota Tundra. I'm disappointed. I need to keep an eye on that Gates tensioner lest it fail prematurely.
