Made in USA. Excellent quality crowns. They are part of the US-made Huot Index. Properly sharpened bits will cut round holes. I will buy this brand again (need short letter drills next). In my case they are required for use in the tailstock chuck of a 7x10 mini lathe. Jobber drills are too long for many projects.
