Works well with amino acids
The only other Ivr tyrosine supplement is from Twinlab. I take tyrosine for training and occasionally to combat/prevent debilitating depression. The supplement gives me some consistent workout energy (not as much as Twinlab), but it doesn't help depression as much. So it works and I haven't really compared the price/quality to the Twinlabs product. I just feel like there's a bit of a lack of "coolness" when I need something to help me get out of my depression hole.
