Used to round out the legs of a gantry table. So used to working 4 feet, didn't even get past the first leg before it became blunt. I had to manually sharpen between each leg. I think you get what you pay for. However, I also bought another large bat from another seller for the same price and it survived. I probably should have returned. It was white oak, such a hard wood, but wasn't that what they were made for?
