Plug and Use - Works with MOTO and other phones but not laptops

Spent several hours looking for Ethernet OTG to work with Motorola phone for easy direct connection to Use internet router via ethernet cable when there is no wifi available there. I am using a WiFi ISP router with my own front connected router. This device worked immediately and connected to every router. The other device I bought worked with the provider's WIFI router BUT not with mine due to the different IP addresses. The device is a bit fragile, but the light and cord stay connected. Not advertised to work with laptop and not when I tried it. Amazing device.
