Great for my purpose!

I'm not an expert on telescopes or photography, but I found this telescope amazing. I waited for the weekend to try it out in daylight and even on a cloudy day the clarity and sharpness of the image was superb. I bought it to use primarily for target shooting at 100-200 yards. I am convinced that with it I can see perfectly where the shot hits without having to wait or go to the target. Perhaps the technical feature it lacks compared to other more expensive scopes is eye relief. If I keep my glasses on and look through the scope, the field of view is a very small circle, I can still see the object but with a very tight circle. If I take off my glasses and move my eye closer to the eyepiece, the circle or field of view becomes significantly larger and I can still see perfectly with a slight adjustment of the lens, despite my rather poor eyesight. So after the shot, I may need to remove my glasses to get a better look at where she hit the target from a distance. This is just a minor inconvenience for my intended purpose, which I don't think justifies the added cost of another scope. I focused on the top of a power line pole 115 meters from where I set up the tripod. I used another full size camera tripod. I've also used the phone attachment that comes with my Samsung 8 with no issues. I'm including a few photos taken with my phone in hand and not zoomed in, at 8x zoom to show the posts and one taken with a scope. The quality of this photo could have been better if I hadn't used a Lifeproof case on my phone which requires a lot of pressure to activate the camera which obviously causes the phone to shake and affects focus. However, you can see the stamped markings on the wood, which I could read when looking directly into the scope. I could see all the details from above. This other post is at least 250 yards from my location, but I didn't take any pictures through the scope. The tabletop tripod that comes with the scope is sturdy enough for my intended occasional use at the range. The main disadvantage, in my opinion, is that the eyepiece cannot be adjusted laterally unless you are using a tripod that is tilted 90 degrees up. A small inconvenience that does not justify paying much more.
