I've been looking for something like this for a long time to cut handmade soap. When I make a full loaf of soap, I use this dual-handled knife to cut it into 1-inch pieces. I have a lot of neck and back problems and this is perfect, it gives me the ability to use the knife with both hands. and a simple, even cut on the soap. Leaves a smooth, clean surface on the soap.
