Review on Hillman Group 43966 3 Inch Stainless by Justin Woolley

Revainrating 4 out of 5

Functional but not shiny like most stainless steel hardware.

I had to replace the pins on my sailboat and they were the correct functional size. They were supposed to be stainless steel - and they probably are - but all the stainless steel parts I bought had a nice, shiny, smooth finish. These pens do not exist. Surfaces are uneven and appear unpolished. There were four in the pack and I think they'll do the job, but I'm a little disappointed with their looks. I assume the sample image provided by the seller is correct if you view the image greatly enlarged.

Pros
  • Fork pins are used to secure the fork to the load by cutting holes in the fork prongs
Cons
  • No work
