I live in a very humid climate and have 2 nice carbon steel masakage knives, not a perfect combination as they tend to rust even if dried thoroughly before putting away. To prevent this, I have to lubricate them. This camellia oil is perfect for the job. The bottle squeezes but seems sturdy enough and you can dispense drop at a time very easily which is all you need for each side of the blade. The oil is thick enough to stay on the blade and small enough to spread easily. I use my finger to (carefully) coat the entire surface and knife edge and just leave it there as this oil is edible and will not go rancid. The rust eraser is tiny but an added bonus and works well so nothing to complain about here, plus it's very rarely needed if the oil is applied properly.
