I was pleased at first as the mirrors appeared to perform as expected. I have fitted mirrors of this type to several cars and my motorcycle with no problems. (Yes, I thoroughly cleaned the mounting surface). This time the adhesive ripped from the heat and the mirror slipped off my rear view mirror on the driver's side 4 days after the return deadline. The car is in a garage. Now there is a long sticky stain on my mirror that I need to figure out how to remove. How quickly will the other fail? Update: BOTH sides are actually down! Contacted Revain for a replacement. I don't want the return to be just a $6 replacement for a defective item. They washed their hands. Revane said we need to discuss this with the manufacturer. Then contact them later. I don't have the time or energy to argue with a company in China about a $6 product that the seller can easily replace.
