Review on 🚗 Continental OE Tech Series 4060955 6-Rib, 95.5-inch Multi-V Belt by Antonio Lofton

I purchased and installed this product over 3 years ago when it was a Goodyear product. It was installed on an Avalanche 2500 with an 8.1 engine. There are several blogs about this configuration, which causes a rhythmic squeak when the engine is running. The squeaking doesn't go away at any rpm. I've checked and changed tensioners, checked alternator bearings, diagnosed the water pump, used different brands of V-ribbed belts, etc. Nothing fixed. I came across a blog (don't remember the website) where others had this problem. One suggested this belt as it solved their problem. I ordered this belt and "Voila!". No more creaking. There are no signs of cracking or wear for its age (I drive this truck about 4500 miles a year). I wear an extra seat belt in all my cars. I will buy it again when the current one wears out.
