really non-stick for my opinion

I have used this pan for a few weeks now, and I love it. I will search to see if they have a slightly smaller size to purchase. I can't understand why some people said "it did not come with the lid" ! First of all, this item was not offered with a lid! The literature that came with it did show a model with a lid. Maybe they were confused by that. Hopefully, the non-stick feature will last a long time. One warning, the metal part beyond the wooden handle will get hot, so be careful of that. I had no problem at all installing the wooded handle.

So far so good its really durable and beautiful at same time!!
