What an AMAZING product! I bought this kayak stand for one main reason: I'm tired of wasting valuable time hassling friends to go kayaking! I had to either borrow a truck from a friend or disrupt my group of truck kayaking friends to pick me up whenever I wanted to paddle! As a 55-year-old extremely independent woman, that was really old! When I bought my new 2018 Subaru Crosstrek, I also wanted a kayak rack that I could drive myself without damaging my new car! This stand is amazing! I have a 50lb Wilderness Pungo 120 12ft kayak and it matches the Hullavator 898 Pro perfectly! I have no problem loading or unloading the kayak! The lift assist feature is phenomenal! With this stand, I had the freedom to get up and go whenever I wanted! It literally takes me 12 minutes to attach the tote bags to the roof rack, load the boat and tie down the bow and stern! This is the talk of the town wherever I run! With all of this, the only downside, if you can call it that, is the fact that it's expensive! BUT . For me it was worth every penny! I would spend it again in a heartbeat! THANK YOU TUUL! This is the best invention of ALL! I can't put into words how it set me free! I LOVE THIS PRODUCT!
