I guess for $4 or $5 you shouldn't expect too much but be aware that these pliers have a rough fit and finish as others have noted . There were sharp metal protrusions in various places around the hinge, and in general the tool had an uneven, poorly finished surface. Most importantly, however, was the fact that the working ends of the needle nose did not close and no part of the closing or clamping zones were flat or straight along the entire length of the 2 forceps halves. I was able to remove the spurs with a small metal file and bend the two halves of the nose so that they now form a relatively straight and complete finish with a tight but evenly flat clip at the very end of the nose. I also had to add a bit of penetrating triple flow to loosen and clean the loop, but this problem can occur with just about any metal tool with moving parts, even brand new ones. OK. Now they are clean and working, but be aware that you may need to edit and adjust these pliers before using them. I will say that the grip's insulating material feels thick and strong, and the spacer springs are installed neatly and securely. Time will tell how durable this tool is.
