I like that it's easy for me as my patient/customer because all i have to do when they call or text with questions about services are click "send" then answer them right away! It can be very frustrating if you don't know how things work so just keep learning more until everything makes sense haha but overall great service!! The only thing would be maybe having some different options depending what type of insurance people use? Like being able to pay out certain amounts via credit card instead of debit cards since sometimes there isn't enough money left after bills get paid etc..
