After a month I burned my hand
I've had these oven mitts for about a month and really liked them. I just thought they were good enough and got rid of the old ones and today while making breakfast I went to get a frying pan and in a second it started smoking and burning my fingertips and the bottom of my hand wasn't at all impressed with them, they almost caught fire within 2 seconds of touching the pan. They obviously have a heat shield that is very flimsy and cheap and wears out quickly. It could have ended a lot worse and I'm so glad it didn't
