The blue cover on the metal part is difficult to remove
These are good tires but the metal part has a blue plastic cover which is very difficult to remove around the "bolted" part of the metal part. I have yet to completely remove everything, although I try to use sharp, thin tools. The purpose of the cover is to protect the metal from scratches, but attempting to remove the cover will result in significant scratching.
