Save a few hundred dollars by using this pump in place of a "boat " steering pump.
Purchased to replace a leaking power steering pump on my 454 Mercury Cruiser engine. I had to lengthen the low pressure line a bit as the low pressure inlet is bent forward on the pump, the original was bent backwards. A small price for a few hundred dollars savings! Installed it and we were back on the boat and no longer having to worry about a leaking pump.
