Great invention but be careful

Good is either cool or a nightmare depending on how you use it. Cook slow and slow. Pour about 2 inches of water into the pot before placing the liner. Try to keep them as far away from the walls as possible. Keep it around 250-275 and you'll be fine. I don't recommend throwing in 8 pounds of cold bbq ham. in this thing and crank it up. If you do, it will stick to the pan in such a way that it has to be scraped off with a pocket knife.
