Great quality, they did their job.
I bought these to salt a small boneless turkey breast. For my purposes it was huge; I think a whole turkey fits in here. However, this simply meant there was enough room for my salt mix and I didn't have to worry about it opening or overflowing. It has a zip closure which works well but for peace of mind you can use a rubber band or place the whole package in another container. They are very thick so I wasn't worried about the bag tearing or leaking. I highly recommend this product and will buy it again.
