I played my SG2 for a few rounds and since then my best round has gone from 95 to 87 - twice in a row. It gave me more confidence in my shots and made the game a lot more fun - no more searching for markers or sprinklers! The first time I used it I didn't give it time to navigate and it didn't work. general. My mistake. Since then I've given him 10 minutes on my golf bag to orientate himself before a round and he's good to go. It worked great. I bought it because of the IntelliGreen feature and it was worth every penny! Being able to target specific areas of the green and knowing their shape has saved me a lot of shots and really gives me confidence when hitting obstacles. Additional information is much more useful than just the front, middle and back of the green and it's great that the distance can be updated by hovering the cursor over the exact spot on the green you want to hit. The four-star courses are presented very well and the courses can be easily updated via the USB interface on the device. I live in the San Diego area and all the fields I play on here are mapped. It would be nice if more than 10 squares could fit in, but that's just stinginess. And for you Mac fans like me, their software works great with my new iMac, no problem at all. If you love golf and have the right clubs, this should be your next investment. It's not cheap, but it's less than the price of a good hybrid. (And you'll always be the favorite golfer in your foursome!)
