Review on 🪚 Starrett BU2DCS-2 Bi-Metal Dual Cut Jig Saw Blade for Wood cutting, Scroll Tooth, 9-19 TPI, Pack of 2 by Cyrus Wright

I am very disappointed in this jigsaw blade! It is said to work with all jigsaws, allow for faster and smoother cutting, and be unbreakable/unbreakable with normal use. I was so excited to try this set of 2 double cut Starrett jigsaw blades to create my 3/4 inch plywood word cut design, but when you started cutting the blade it not only shed TERRIBLE tears as it opened up moving up from the bottom. In my work, the blade BROKE after a few minutes of use! Using a standard Black & Decker puzzle with a scroll setting, I didn't even go through five inches of my word art before dispensing with a weak, dirty, brittle blade. I tried the second blade on my dad's Ryobi jigsaw just to make sure the problem wasn't with my power tool, which also broke. I received defective blades? So very disappointed!
