Review on 45043 Precision Sport Shifter by Darth Calder

Wow, this switch is great. I didn't install the springs because it seemed like too much work and it was 100 degrees outside. Installing this switch is the best 2.5 hours I have ever spent on my car. I wish I had done that sooner. I didn't know the factory manipulator was so terrible. Appearing to be 2 pieces, this switch eliminates the blunt design from the factory and bolts on straight away. I used the ramps to get under the car. Most of the time was spent removing the old switch. The instructions that come with it are excellent.
