Wrong part sent and delivered late

I cannot write a review on the actual part as I received the wrong parts. Not sure how that happens when I could read the parts label on the box and know they aren't the right parts. Also paid for 2 days shipping which took 5 days. Your return process was good. That's the only good thing I can write.
