Just out of useless
I have never given a 1 star review. My pattern teacher warned us against buying a cheap pattern cutter. It's a cheap, incredibly annoying pattern cutter. The image is twice the thickness of the paper in the form of dots/crosses. As you can see, there are children hanging everywhere. If you try to pull while cutting, the paper often tears.
