Review on Dexen Electronic Ignition Control Module 593 592 by Greg Greiner

There was a problem with the fireplace turning off after it had been on for a period of time. Initially it was possible to flick the switch and the fireplace would reignite, but this meant waiting a few minutes before restarting. The pilot assembly (IPI Pilot Assembly 2090-012) was replaced first as it was a cheaper option, but the chimney continued to fail. Looking closely at the old ignition control module, I found that moving the wires will start the chimney again. Installation was easy (easier than a trial version) and haven't had any problems since.
