Review on WUWTOOLS Tungsten Accessories Engraving Polishing Power & Hand Tools by Charles Lewis

I bought these tools on purpose because I was tired of using a hand file on strike plates in our 32 living rooms in a nursing home for 18 year olds. Since most (if not all) rooms are open most of the time, the weight of these doors causes displacement between the latch and deadbolt and corresponding strikers. However, the first time I used them was at home. I had to put in a new door and move a door to a different location in the house. Alignment is key in small DIY projects like this. I was surprised at how quickly and easily problems with the latch on the striking plate could be rectified. These rotary files (WUW SA-5, SC-5, and SF-5 tools) are very effective at cutting and sanding wood and metal at the same time. Not only do they look spectacular, they are impressive. I've used them several times and I'm glad none of them show any signs of wear. They cut fast and file smoothly, even with my regular drill bit. The photos and videos you will see were taken last night. Due to file size limitations I am unable to show you higher resolution photos or video of the tools in action. Since some reviews from other brands have complained about the integrity of the shank size of this type of tool, I showed you how to measure it with my old but trusty caliper (I trust it more than my caliper). Shank sizes .250, .251 and .251 (all 1/4 inch) for SA-5, SC-5 and SF-5 respectively. I'm not sure if you can see it in the attached pictures. look almost new but I want you to know that their quality (good weight, good balance) is a testament to good engineering and workmanship. You want this function to get the job done correctly. These tools are just amazing. I just wanted to get the SM-5. Looks like Revain only offers SM-3 (10mm). This tool and package provider really deserves 5 STARS because they made me a happy customer.
