Works great with a Rockshox Judy fork and 200mm rotor. Essentially, this spacer adds 20mm of offset from the axle to the caliper. So if the minimum rotor diameter for your fork is 160 and your rotor is 200, this product will work. I don't see how going from 160 to 180 or 180 to 200 would work. You need 4 bolts - 2 to attach the spacer to the fork and 2 more to attach the caliper to the spacer. No screws were supplied with this product. I deduct 1 star for that. With the wheel engaged, hold the brake lever closed before finally tightening the mounting bolts to ensure the brake disc is centered and does not rub.
