I am the owner of products from HyperX, I sympathize with the company, there are also headphones that I have been using for more than 3 years HyperX Cloud Alpha and the HyperX Pulsefire Surge mouse, I am delighted and very pleased with the products, but I was not lucky with the keyboard. The keyboard has two stand modes, high and medium, I had it on medium, today I pulled the keyboard towards me and what do you think happened? The foot fell off and crumbled and this is after a month of use ! I always use things very carefully, I have a rug on the table, this is the first time this has happened to me. The problem is that the keyboard itself is made of aluminum, it is quite heavy, and the paws are made of plastic, seriously? I wrote to the support service to tell me how to solve the problem, they advised me to stick it with glue. I'm shocked, the keyboard guys cost almost 10 thousand, it's very expensive, when you face such problems and there is no reasonable solution to this problem, you are very disappointed.
