Review on American Medical EMR by Scott Welch

I love how easily it can be edited and used in multiple ways. We are able to use the system in 5 different hospitals, including two that do not have access to software of their own. It is pretty easy for clinicians who don't know programming to edit and update. This has helped cut down our transcription time. The only thing is we wish we could have more options within the program itself. We also feel like they should add more modules like scheduling and insurance for other clinicians. It was difficult sometimes to look up information quickly without having to go outside the program. Also being an EMR, there were problems transferring documents at times from one hospital to another. I am helping with medical billing, so this has been helpful. The ability to have all of my records in one place is great! I can access them from anywhere at anytime via web or app. It's very easy to use and navigate through which makes it so much easier than trying to find information when we are out of our office. There isn't anything that i dislike about this product just yet but there will be eventually if things don't change for the better. This has saved me time by being able to store all my medical records online.
