Very compact and easy to use

The AMIR digital kitchen scale is a very nice piece of equipment that looks well built but is not intended for use in harsh environments. I try to be careful with him. You can't just throw a three pound object at him; this can damage the mechanism. It weighs just over 6 pounds and has very good accuracy, down to 0.01 ounces. It is measured in grams, ounces, carats, grains, troy ounces and pennyweights. If you want to know exactly how many grams of carbohydrates, proteins and fats you are consuming at a meal or daily, such scales are a must. You can place the pan on the scale and tare it with the tare button. Then simply put the product in the bowl and weigh it. No calculator needed. If you are cooking for several people, the assortment should be enough. If you're cooking for 10 or 20 people, you're probably exceeding the maximum weight the scale can handle. It is easy to use and has a backlit display that is easy to read. It comes with two small plastic trays that fit on the scale. It has a "pieces" mode of operation that allows you to determine the number of pieces in a weight, e.g. B. Beads or small components. This seems very accurate; I have a 50 gram weight and the scale read exactly 50.0 grams. I also use it to measure packages and letters to determine postage. I can start using it to weigh in more vitamins and herbs. I use it every day and I like it very much. Very helpful for the price.
