Exactly as described - worked perfectly for my application
I had some 2 inch casters that I mounted on a shelf I built. I used these tees with a hammer to spin the reels. However, they kept coming out and every month or so I had to flip the whole thing and try to put it back on. So I bought these bolts in T-nuts. Works great and holds up. I wish I could get them for the first time!
