That was really annoying. I need and bought four of these for my project and only three work. The fourth is not screwed onto the lead screw. It stops about halfway through the big nut. I can return them all, but three is fine. I do not know what to do. I'll sleep and see if the manufacturer intervenes. Most Revain sellers are great at endorsing their products, and it's possible that they will. I'll see if they answer. Update: after reading this review, the company sent me a code to order a replacement for the defective part. I received it relatively quickly and it worked well. Because the company stood behind their product, I raised my rating from 1 star to 4 (would be 5 if I didn't have to go through the process).
