First, they work as expected. The extra spring tension gives the lead screw enough resistance where my steppers won't rotate when not powered on. What I do not like. I bought it expecting to get two. That was really annoying. I need and bought four of these for my project and only three work. The fourth is not screwed onto the lead screw. It stops about halfway through the big nut. I can return them all, but three is fine. I do not know what to do. I'll sleep and see if the manufacturer intervenes.
