Good value for money!

What made this ceramic washbasin combination with faucet and waste set unique. High quality faucet, heavy and fits perfectly. Pop up to drain, pull back to seal drain works great now but it was leaking where it met the ceramic bowl until I really tightened it. almost too tight. Back to the faucet, yes it looks like brass, chrome plated and good quality, but two important things: First, the hoses that come with the kit where they screw into the faucet, there is no room for the tool or your hand. To match this, they've added o-rings to the hoses so you can just hand tighten them and they won't leak. I suggest some silicone o-ring grease. The tricky part will be at the other ends where they connect to your house power supply. The hose has a 3/8" female compression thread, but has a large rubber grommet on the inside at the end. Since I was transitioning from PEX pipe to this fitting and doing a new open wall installation, the Home Depot MGR plumber said he could only do a simple one Know way: Use an on/off valve like most toilets, but switch from PEX pipe to 3/8 compression Don't confuse a 3/8 Comp with a 3/8 Mip or Fip because the threads are different are. once i have the shut off valves installed in my wall you can unscrew the compression fittings and literally throw them away. better then turn a wrench 1/2 turn more. don't over tighten. the sink is top notch heavy ceramic but the Faucets seem a little near the corner but again this is a small sink Would I buy it again yes I would but the problem with the hose connection could probl the seller solve emlessly.
