What made this ceramic washbasin combination with faucet and waste set unique. High quality faucet, heavy and fits perfectly. Back to the faucet, yes it looks like brass, chrome plated and good quality, but two important things: First, the hoses that come with the kit where they screw into the faucet, there is no room for the tool or your hand. To match this, they've added o-rings to the hoses so you can just hand tighten them and they won't leak. I suggest some silicone o-ring grease. The tricky part will be at the other ends where they connect to your house power supply. The hose has a 3/8" female compression thread, but has a large rubber grommet on the inside at the end.
