Really plug and play once you find the right connector on the case. Called Thor first for help finding a fork. They said to look for a blue wire twisted under the dash. After more than an hour of searching, the blue cable was not wound up. Called Thor again and was told to look for a red and white coiled cord with a two pin plug. Found but it doesn't match the Tekonsha tableware. I kept looking and found the appropriate connector hidden behind the dashboard on a plywood strip - almost directly above the brake pedal and directly behind it (towards the front of the bus). Recommend calling whoever completed the build (if it's an RV the final build specs should state if it's pre-wired) to find the correct plug. I have been using Tekonsha Prodigy in my other car for over 14 years and have never had a problem. Tried and tested
